Using Found Poetry to Spark Creativity

Held November 6th, 2013 @ The Seed (vegan/vegetarian restaurant & community space) in Lancaster, PA.

In this all-ages, generative workshop, I give an overview of the approaches that attendees can take when creating found poetry. Participants will see examples of (and create their own) blackout poetry, cut-up poetry, internet poetry, visual poetry, and word collages.

Found poetry; A genre of writing that sources all of the words from pre-existing texts.
